I was rather happy with it but decided this year to attempt to be a bit braver with my decorating. The recipe is one by Mary Berry and it is honestly amazing, that woman is a genius! If you fancy having a go yourself the recipe can be found HERE. It's a boozy one and tastes like heaven but I recommend that it serves more than 12 as it is very rich. This is how I have decorated this years cake.
